Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: We do our best to process and ship all orders placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday-Friday on the same day. If you order over the weekend or after 2pm on Friday, then it will be processed/shipped the next business day. 


Q: My same-day shipping order seems to be a little held up during the Christmas/Peak season. What's happening?

A: During high-volume periods such as Christmas/Peak season, our shipping services may experience increased demand, which could lead to slight delays in processing and dispatching orders. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times, and we assure you that we are making every effort to ensure your items reach you promptly.


Q: Can I Cover against my order being lost in shipping?

A: We have now introduced SHIPPING PROTECTION for extra peace of mind on your order, simply select the option in your shopping cart or at the Checkout page & it will be added to your order. For the low cost of $4.99 you can add Shipping Protection to either Standard or Express shipping orders.


Q: What happens if I don't select shipping protection for my order?

A: If shipping protection is not selected, please be advised that we cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit. While we take utmost care in packaging and dispatching your order securely, opting for shipping protection provides an additional layer of coverage and peace of mind for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We highly recommend considering this option to safeguard your purchase.


Q: Is my order in stock?

A: Scooter Village carries a large range of all your favourite scooter parts & accessories. For any item that is showing as 'available' is currently in stock & on hand. Backorder items are stocked items that are in the process of being supplied. We allow you to order backordered stock so you can get it as soon as it arrives on our doorstep usually 2-3 days processing plus shipping time to you. If there is any error with our stock levels we will contact you as soon as possible.

On rare occasions, items that are confirmed to be in transit to us from our supplier may be listed as being in stock. These orders will be dispatached immediately when the items get to us.


Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Orders over $200 will be shipped for free to any Australia address by Regular Post. Orders $200 & under have a flat rate of $10 within Australia. All orders to New Zealand have a flatrate of $15 using Australia Post regular shipping. We also have an express option which can be calculated at the checkout.


Q: Do you ship to International Destinations?

A: Yes, we now ship to New Zealand but currently do not sell or ship to any other International destinations. if you have any questions regarding international shipping please email us at


Q: Do you ship to New Zealand?

A: Yes, Scooter Village now ships daily to New Zealend for a flat rate of $15. If you have any questions please call or email us, we are open 7 days 'til late.


Q: Can you ship Express?

A: Yes! Our Express delivery is super competitive & probably the fastest in the Scooter Industry! Use the shipping calculator on a specific product to see the rate or select Express Shipping at checkout to get a shipping cost for the entire order.

Express Shipping means that we will dispatch your order the same day (or next day, if ordered after 2pm). In most cases your order should arrive in 1-2 days to most major Australian destinations. Please allow slightly longer for remote & rural locations. 


Q: Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box?

A: Yes, we do offer shipping to PO Boxes. However, please note that orders with PO Box addresses require manual processing, which may add a slight delay to the usual processing time. Q: How long will my order take to reach each state in Australia and New Zealand if dispatched from Scooter Village with standard shipping?

A: The estimated delivery times for standard shipping can vary based on the destination:

Within Australia:

  • QLD, NSW & VIC: 2-5 business days
  • WA: 5-10 business days
  • NT: 7-12 business days

To New Zealand:

  • North Island: 6-10 business days
  • South Island: 8-12 business days

Q: How long will my order take to reach each state in Australia and New Zealand if dispatched from Scooter Village with Express Shipping?

A: With express shipping, delivery times are expedited, and the estimated transit periods are as follows:

Within Australia

  • QLD, NSW & VIC: 1-3 business days
  • SA & WA: 3-5 business days
  • NT: 3-7 business days

To New Zealand:

  • North Island: 3-6 business days
  • South Island: 4-8 business days

Q: Can I come and collect my order from your store?

A: Yes, Scooter Village has 30 minute Click & Collect! Select in store pickup as your shipping method and drop in within business hours to pick it up. Please note you will require photo ID to collect your order.

Items must be in stock and available for your click & collect order to be prepared within 30 minutes. 


Q: What if I am not home when my order is delivered?

A: If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will typically leave a notification card, providing details on how to collect your parcel or arrange for a redelivery. You may also have the option to redirect your package to a nearby post office or parcel locker for convenient pickup. It's advisable to check the tracking information for real-time updates on the delivery status and follow any instructions provided by Australia Post to ensure a smooth receipt of your order."


Q: It has been 7 to 8 business days and my order has not arrived?

A: You can either check the tracking status with your tracking number or contact us at and we will investigate where your order is and get back to you as soon as possible. We do highly recommend using our shipping protection.
