Q: What is the warranty on my purchase?

A: All products are covered under Australian warranty against faulty workmanship & defects, usually between 1 and 12 months from date of purchase by the manufacturer.

If you have a warranty issue please contact us at with photos & full details of your claim.

We will submit your claim to the manufacturer's representative for evaluation of your warranty claim. We will then update you on the status of your warranty claim.

Manufacturers have limited warranties that cover workmanship & defects in their products. As with all extreme sports, scooter equipment suffering damage as a direct result of participation in the sport is not covered under warranty. No warranty is guaranteed and the final claim is at the discretion of the distributor or manufacturer of that product.

We only stock highly respected brands that stand behind their product.


Q: Can I Protect my Order?

A: ScooterVillage has now introduced SHIPPING PROTECTION for extra peace of mind on your order, simply select the option in your shopping cart or on the Checkout page an it will be added to your order.


Q: Can I Return my Purchase?

A: You can return your order for any reason within 30 days for a full refund or full store credit.

Your item must be in brand new, unused condition in original packaging. The item must not show any signs of use or be marked.

Q: Something is missing from your order?

Q: How can I pay for my purchase?

A: For your convenience Scooter Village accepts Apple Pay & Google Pay on compatible devices.

We also accept various other payment methods.

Visa and Mastercard directly on our website via a secure payment gateway.

PayPal is also accepted and is a safe and reliable way to pay online. 

Afterpay is a great way to buy now and pay later and application and approval is done through our checkout and it only takes a few minutes. Simply select Afterpay as payment method during checkout.


Q: Do you do lay buys?

A: Sorry but no, we do not offer lay buy. 


Q: Is this item in stock?

A: All Items listed on our site are in stock at Scooter Village. We only sell items that are in stock. If for any reason we have an issue fulfilling your order we will contact you immediately.

Sometimes we may allow backorder or sell products on pre-order where our supplier has commited our stock & it is being processed, in this case our site will clearly display 'PRE-ORDER' or BACKORDER'.

Simply select "Click & Collect" during checkout and bring a copy of your order invoice when collecting.

Q: Can I use a Scooter Village discount code on a complete scooter that comes with a free stand and stickers?

A: Yes, you can use a discount code on your complete scooter order; however, please note that applying a discount code may result in the removal of any complimentary items, such as the free stand and stickers. The discount will be applied to the base price of the scooter.
