Q: When will you ship my order?
We'll do our very best to process all orders placed before 2pm (AEST) on Monday-Friday will be shipped same-day. If you order over the weekend, or after 2pm on Friday, then it will be shipped the next business day.
Q: Is my order in stock?
Any item that is showing as Available is actually in stock. Backorder items are stocked items that are in the process of being supplied. We allow you to order Backordered stock so you can get it as soon as it arrives on our doorstep (usually 2-3 days). If there is any error with our stock levels we will contact you as soon as possible.
On rare occasions items that are confirmed to be in transit to us from our supplier may be listed as being in stock. These orders will be dispatached immediately when the items arrive have arrive.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $49 will be shipped for free to any Australia Destination by regular Post or road freight.
Orders under $49 will incur a flat rate pack & post charge within Australia using Australia Post dependent on if you choose Regular or Express Shipping.
Q: Can you ship Express?
We offers Express Shipping at very competitive prices. Use the shipping calculator on a specific product to see the rate or select Express Shipping at checkout to get a shipping cost for the entire order.
Express Shipping means that we will dispatch your order out same-day (or next day, if ordered after 2pm). Your parcel should be received in 1-2 days to most major Australian destinations. Please allow slightly longer for remote & rural locations.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times depend on where you live and the shipping method you select. To see an estimate on how long a package will take to arrive, please go to the website for the relevant freight provider (see below) and enter 4108 as the origin postcode.
Q: Can I come and collect my order from your store?
Yes. Select in store pickup as your shipping method and drop in within business hours to pick it up. Please note you will require photo ID for us to release the order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
We ship to select international destinations. We do not ship to overseas P.O. Boxes. if you have any questions regarding international shipping please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is insurance and tracking included with delivery?
Yes, for your peace of mind your order comes with complimentary tracking and insurance, you will be emailed a tracking number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
How much does shipping cost?
Australia + New Zealand:
FREE SHIPPING to all of Australia on all orders over $49 and New Zealand on all orders over $200.
Flat rate of $10 for Australia on all orders under $49 and New Zealand on all orders under $200.
Express Delivery within Australia
We offer the fastest Express delivery in the Scooter industry!
In most cases delivery will be next business day after we ship your order and country areas may take 1 to 3 working days.
When you go to your cart or checkout it will show cost for Express Delivery.
Our express rates are very competitive and we do subsidise them to ensure you don't pay too much (it actually costs us more than what you pay).
In some cases, mostly remote areas it may take an extra day or two.

How long does delivery take?
99.9% of orders are dispatched on the same or next business day (within 24 hours) after your purchase. Orders sent to locations on the east coast of Australia generally arrive within 1 to 3 working days from date of dispatch and almost always within 5 working days. For extremely remote and WA locations delivery is usually 5 to 8 working days. Delivery will very rarely take more than 6 working days to anywhere in Australia.

What if I am not home attempt delivery?
If you are not home to collect your order the delivery company should leave a card in your letterbox.
It has been 7 to 8 working days and my order has not arrived?
You can either check the tracking with your tracking number or contact us at email@example.com and we will investigate where your order is and get back to you as soon as possible.
